Delhi-Naldehra-Narkanda-Chitkul-Kalpa

Hi,

I am planning to visit Himachal Pradesh in the month of 2nd week of June,2016 with my family. Trip itienary would be :-

Day 1: Drive from Delhi to naldehra. (Overnight stay @ naldera).

Day 2: Naldehra to Tattapani and return to Naldera. (Overnight stay @ Naldera).

Day 3: Naldehra to Chitkul via Rampur,Sarahan and Karchham. (Overnight stay in Chitkul).

Day 4: Chitkul to kalpa. (stay @ kalpa)

Day 5: Sight seeing @ Kalpa.

Day 6: Start early from kalpa and stop @ Kiarighat for stay.

Day 7: Kiarighat to Delhi.

I have few questions which I should know ahead of the travel.

Questions :-

1) Any modifications required in my travel itienary?

2) How are the roads ?

3) Budget hotels in Chitkul ? How can I connect with hotel stay in advance.

4) Do I required any permission to visit Chitkul and Kalpa ? If so then what will be the procedure to get the permission?

5) Hope it will be winter season during my visit ?
